Dear Easton Public Schools Community,
Welcome to the Easton Public Schools website, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about our incredible district. It is truly an honor to serve as your Superintendent, and I am excited to begin this journey alongside our students, families, staff, and community.
Having had the privilege of serving Easton for the past nine years, I have witnessed firsthand what makes this district so special. Our talented educators, dedicated staff, supportive families, engaged community, and exceptional students have built a culture centered on excellence, kindness, and a shared commitment to helping every child succeed. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue building on that strong foundation.
As I begin my first year as Superintendent, my primary focus will be visibility, communication, and relationships.
I believe the best leadership begins with listening. Throughout the year, you will see me regularly visiting classrooms, attending school and community events, meeting with staff, students, parents, and community members, and engaging in conversations across the district. My goal is to be a visible presence in our schools and throughout the Easton community because strong relationships are the foundation of strong schools.
You can also expect communication to be a priority. I am committed to ensuring that our families, staff, and community members are informed, connected, and engaged in the important work happening across our district. Whether through newsletters, social media, community forums, school visits, or informal conversations, I want our communication to be transparent, timely, and meaningful.
This work aligns directly with our 2024–2029 Strategic Plan, which calls on us to strengthen communication, deepen community engagement, and foster meaningful partnerships that promote unity, belonging, and student success. Our strategic plan emphasizes creating opportunities for all families and community members to be connected and informed while continuing to build a culture where every individual feels safe, valued, and supported.
Our vision is clear: to empower every student and educator to excel, innovate, and thrive within a learning environment that is safe, supportive, inclusive, and rigorous. Equally important is our commitment to partnering with families and the broader community to foster curiosity, resilience, belonging, and lifelong success.
While relationships and communication will be my immediate focus this year, they are not the destination. They are the pathway. By listening, learning, and working together, we will continue advancing the ambitious goals outlined in our strategic plan while ensuring that every decision remains centered on what is best for students.
Easton has an extraordinary tradition of educational excellence, and I am excited about what lies ahead. Together, we have an incredible opportunity to continue growing, innovating, and creating exceptional experiences for every student, every day.
