Athletic Registration Steps
- Parent/Guardian registers athlete(s) on ArbiterSports
- NEW! We have moved to a new registration platform, ArbiterSports, for athletics this years. First time registrants in Arbiter will Create a New Account. Families that created an account for Fall athletics registration should log into the account they created at that time.
- Only create ONE Arbiter student account. Please use a parent/guardian email address when creating this account. You can have multiple children and registrations under one account.
- Under participant information, take care to enter the athlete’s correct Easton School email account. Your athlete will not receive information from coaches if this email address is not correct!
For example: js2821043@easton.k12.ma.us - If you have questions contact ArbiterSports at 1-800-311-4060.
- Upload Copy of Physical Exam
- Upload a copy of a valid physical to the Arbiter sports registration form.
- Valid physicals must be in-person exams conducted within the previous 13 months and include both an athletic participation clearance and a doctor’s signature (an electronic signature is acceptable.)
- If your child has a physical on file with the school nurse you MUST still upload a copy as part of the registration process. Going forward please upload updated physicals for athletics to the registration site.
- Baseline Concussion Testing
- New! Beginning this year we will be using IMPACT for all baseline concussion testing. Since this is a new program all athletes participating in Basketball, Cheer, Gymnastics, Ice Hockey, Ski and Wrestling will need to complete the test this year if they did not complete one during the Fall 2024 season.
- This computerized test is administered by our Athletic Trainer. You do NOT have to sign your child up for this test. Additional information will be provided to registered athletes who need to complete the testing via their school email addresses closer to the tryout dates.
- IMPACT tests will remain valid for two years. Athletes who test this season will not need to complete the test again until Winter 2026-2027.
- Payment
- All sport participants MUST pay a user fee to Easton Public Schools to participate. Payments can be made on line through MySchoolBucks as part of the registration process or by check made payable to Easton Public Schools. Check should include the student’s name and sport in the memo line, and can be dropped off at the Main Office at the high school Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
The Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) has shifted to digital ticketing for athletic contests, and Oliver Ames will be following their lead. Many Hockomock League teams and communities around the state are going in this direction.
GoFan is a digital ticket app which can be downloaded directly to your smart phone. Once you download the app and create an account, you can purchase tickets for contests directly through that app for all Oliver Ames HOME contests, and many AWAY contests including state tournament games and matches.
The decision to move away from cash and into a digital format is not only inline with many other athletic programs in the MIAA, but it also is inline with the reality that fewer people are carrying cash with them.
So how do you do it?
1) This is the way to go! Pre-purchase your ticket using the GoFan APP. It looks like this:
Create a 1 time account, and search the app for the tickets you want to purchase. The purchased tickets will be accessible on the GoFan app on your smart device.
2) Want to use a computer instead of the app? Go to our Oliver Ames Athletics GoFan page.
Select the game you want to purchase tickets for and follow the directions. The tickets will be emailed to you. You will still need a smart device at the gate to use these tickets.
3) Purchase a ticket at the gate. We will have QR codes available at the gate for you to scan which will bring you to the GoFan page to sign in or create an account and purchase tickets for that particular game.

General Admission tickets will cost $6 this season. $5 will go to Oliver Ames, and $1 will go to GoFan.
Children 10 and under, and Senior Citizens 65 and over will be allowed in for FREE.
The state of Massachusetts is experiencing an opioid (opiate) overdose epidemic. Opioids are painkillers like oxycodone, methadone and heroin and are sold under trade names like Percocet, OxiContin, Vicaden and Demerol among others.
In a recent 5 year period, 30 Easton residents died from opioid related overdoses. This is serious and it’s right here in our town.
Many families have experienced the ramifications related to opioid misuse as a result of pain relief from athletic injuries. It is important that you and your student-athlete(s) take the time to read and understand the dangers of the addiction. Educational materials can be found here.
Finally, the following link is to a video presentation about opioid addiction by Dr. Potee: Dr. Potee – Opioid Video Link
Please do not hesitate to contact the Oliver Ames athletics or health offices if you have any questions or concerns related to this topic.
